NUEVA SIEMBRA - Ecuador
Founded in February of 1997, the group participants are from Ecuadorian and Canadian-Ecuadorian backgrounds. These individuals have come together with the objective of practicing and performing traditional Ecuadorian dances. Their performances include dances from the central and northern region of the Andes as well as the traditional dances from the Ecuadorian coast.

Jocelyn Bermudez - Peru
Jocelyn Bermudez born in Canada, her mother is from Peru and her father from Costa Rica. She has been dancing Marinera for more than 12 years, she was queen of the marinera in 2014 and from there she decided to travel to Peru to prepare and participate in different competitions where she won several championships.
In 2015 she was invited to perform at the opening of the Pan American games in Toronto under the direction of Cirque du Soleil. She completed a 3-month internship in Holland, Belgium and France with the Peruvian Group Jallmay Alto Folklore. She currently teaches marinera in her dance group Ritmos y Danzas del Perú in Toronto. |
Adrian Cortez - Peru
Adrian Cortez born in Trujillo, Peru, Adrian loves dancing Marinera and has been dancing since he was 10 years old. He has participated in various tournaments in various cities in Peru such as Lima, Trujillo and Pucallpa where he won the regional championship for nine consecutive times.

Ballet Folklorico Puro Mexico is a non-profit organization that has been active in Toronto, Canada for twenty years, during this time, Puro Mexico has grown exponentially thanks to the passion and dedication of each one of its members. They work tirelessly to promote Mexican folklore by bringing their best work forward with pride and professionalism, all with one goal in common: to preserve the rich heritage of traditional Mexican dance.

Sentir Venezuela Cultural Group is a non-profit organization that wants to express, promote, and encourage interest in Venezuelan culture through its traditional music and dance. Their performances are joyful, energetic, colorful, vibrant, always smiling, carrying Venezuela in their hearts.
